RRoisin Brennan is to succeed Peter Crowley as CEO of IBI Corporate Finance following Crowley’s resignation. The appointment takes effect from September 2006, and it is as yet unknown what Crowley will do next.
As one of Ireland’s most senior corporate financiers, Crowley has worked on many of the top M&A deals over the past two decades.
Crowley’s successor is Roisin Brennan (41), who has been a director of the firm since 1995. She graduated in law from University College, Dublin following which she qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen. She joined IBI Corporate Finance in 1990. |
