The EURIBOR benchmark interest rate will be derived from the rates quoted by the following panel of banks. (See the articles by Dermot Hardy of FTI Finance on page 8 and by Pat O’Sullivan AIB, on page 30.
The Irish and Belgian members of the EURIBOR panel will rotate after 6 months with banks of equal size and standing. In Ireland’s case, AIB is starting as the Irish representative on the panel.
