Career path: Joined ESB in 1963, worked in various management positions in accounting and finance, including finance manager from 1990 - 1994 and group financial controller to 1998, before taking up current position of group finance director.
Special projects: From 1993 - 1996, project manager, Cost and Competitiveness Review - major change programme within ESB.
Awards: Dean’s Award for Excellence - Fordham MBA
