Homeloan Management Limited, (HML), a provider of systems and process outsourcing solutions to the mortgage sector, has won two new accounts.
The firm, which is based in Derry, has signed a five-year servicing contract with Nua Homeloans Ltd, and a three-year servicing contract with Fresh Mortgages Ltd.
Nua is a joint venture between Finance Ireland plc and Investec, and it will offer loans to customers in the specialist mortgage market, which is a growing sector in the Republic of Ireland. Fresh Mortgages is a newly formed subsidiary of the Statefirst Group and the Group's funding partner is Credit Suisse. |
