| Auditors are in demand in Dublin, with a number of top financial firms including KPMG, Merrill Lynch, Hypo Public Finance Bank and Russell Brennan Keane, all in search of auditors. |
Russell Brennan Keane is looking to hire an audit and assurance supervisor in the Westmeath area. The firm is looking for a suitably experienced qualified accountant (Ref No. 5585).
An internal auditor is being sought by Hypo Public Finance Bank in the capital. Again, the company is seeking a qualified accountant with experience. The job will entail some traveling, occupying a maximum of 12 weeks per year (Ref No. 7387).
Merrill Lynch is on the lookout for an audit associate in Dublin. The successful candidate will be working with their Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) audit department. As with the job at Hypo Public Finance Bank, travel will be involved, for 8 weeks a year, and mainly in western Europe. A qualified accountant with significant experience is desired (Ref No. 652006).
Meanwhile, there are numerous auditing positions advertised with KPMG. The accountancy firm is looking for a number of people to hire as auditing managers for its Cork office. Candidates should be ACA qualified, have strong commercial acumen (Ref No. 639303). In its Dublin office, KPMG is looking to hire a number of people for their financial services audit team. All prospective candidates should be ACA qualified or equivalent (Ref No. 649010). KPMG is also looking for audit seniors and managers in its manufacturing, retail and distribution department. All applicants need to be ACA or equivalent qualified, with senior level experience and strong team leadership (Ref No. 639069).
