Three candidates, Babcock & Brown, BAM PPP and the Irish Courts Consortium (comprising Equion Ltd and Laing O’Rourke Ireland Ltd.), have been shortlisted for the Courts Service Public Private Partnership (PPP) project for its new Criminal Court Complex. These three candidates have been requested to submit tenders by February 3rd next. | Four Courts |
The new complex will consist of 22 new courtrooms, and will be a state of the art criminal justice facility which will be located on a site at the junction of Parkgate Street and Infirmary Road adjacent to the entrance to the Phoenix Park in Dublin.
The government recently announced the expansion of the Government’s PPP programme to include the development of 23 new post-primary schools and four new primary schools.
The Government aims to concentrate initially on three key Departments - Education and Science, Health and Children and Justice Equality and Law Reform. |
