| Last month we reported on Irish accounting firms that are registered with the US Accounting Standards Board, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). |
We would like to highlight that in addition to the firms we published last month - US Accounting Standards Board, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) - BDO Simpson Xavier, Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton, KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers and UHY O’Connor Leddy & Holmes – Deloitte & Touche Ireland is also a registered firm.
Registration with PCAOB is a prerequisite for any firm that provides or wishes to provide auditing services to US listed companies and their subsidiaries based in Ireland. |
