Current responsibilities: Responsible for the activities of the enterprise division of the firm targeted at entrepreneurial businesses and businesses where there is significant owner influence. Activities of the division include mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate recovery, company compliance services including audit, secretarial and accounting services.

Career: Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986, I joined Chapman Flood in their audit department. Over the following ten years I moved into a more Corporate Finance based role eventually ending up as Director of Corporate Finance. In 1996 I left Chapman Flood to establish my own niche corporate finance company specialising in raising funds for early stage companies. In 1993 I joined Mazars as Corporate Finance Partner and have more recently been appointed Partner in Charge of the Enterprise Division.
Personal: Date of birth: 28 January 1962; Place of birth: Kells, Co. Meath; Family: Partner, Christine. Children, Rose (3) and Ellen (8 months).
Social & sporting memberships: Headfort Golf Club.
Interests: Golf, Reading, Skiing.
