Career progress: Member of the Board of Hypo Real Estate Bank International (Dublin). Hypo Real Estate Group’s conduit for high-volume international real estate financing activities.
After studying Business in Germany and France, Juergen began his career with the international Real Estate Finance Division of HVB in Germany, before progressing to HVB divisions in France and CEE countries.
Previous to his current position, Juergen was general manager of HVB REC France, HVB’s Real Estate Finance subsidiary in Paris.
Special projects: Responsible for operational establishment of new Dublin based headquarters of Hypo Real Estate International and establishment of international network of branches and subsidiaries throughout Europe and US following Spin-off from HVB Group in 2003; Establishment of new Asian entities of Hypo Real Estate Bank International in Japan and Hong Kong in 2004.
