Bernard Byrne has been appointed group finance director of ESB, and will succeed Tony Donnelly, who was recently appointed deputy chief executive.

BByrne was most recently deputy chief executive and group finance director of IWP International plc.
He has previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and also spent a number of years with ESB International.
Byrne has served as a non-executive Board member of ESB since July 2001 and will resign from this role prior to taking up his new appointment. |
