Irish banks and Irish legal advisers have reached agreement for the funding of Northern Ireland’s first PFI education project carried out under the UK Government’s new Treasury Guidelines. Equity Bank, advised by A & L Goodbody has concluded negotiations for the funding of the design, build, finance and operation of Drumglass High School in Dunganon, Co. Tyrone.
