Education: Third: Trinity College Dublin, B.A. (Mod.) in Legal Science, 1982. Second: CBC, Monkstown, Dublin.
Other qualifications: Postgraduate in Law from the University of Amsterdam.
Professional memberships: Fellow of the Chartered Insurance institute.
Career progress: Mike Kemp began his career in insurance with Sun Alliance in 1983. He joined the newly-formed Irish Insurance Federation in 1986 and was appointed manager of Non-Life Insurance in 1990. He was appointed chief executive in 1995.
Personal: He and his wife Denise, have one daughter. |
