Education: Third level: (UCD; BCL; 1982). Second level: (Loreto College, St Stephen's Green, Dublin 2).

Professional memberships: Vice Chairman of the Law Society Probate and Tax Committee. Chairman (2001) of TALC (Taxation Liaison Administration Committee).
Career progress: Apprentice (1983-1986) and later Partner (1986-1990) in Padraig Halpenny & Co., small firm dealing with general legal issues, including commercial and tax matters; Arthur Cox- Associate (1990-1997) and Partner (1997-to date), dealing with taxation and financial services.
Special projects: Working in the taxation area, means that I become involved in some way in many of the projects the firm has undertaken.
Awards: Guinness & Mahon Taxation prize in Law Society, (very proud of all Ireland Loreto Science Prize in 2nd year in school).
Personal: Place of birth: Dublin. Family: Husband, Colm O Se, and two children, Aislinn - 2 , and Oscar - 8 months.
Social & sporting memberships: With 2 small children, membership of Dublin Zoo is the most used of all.
Interests: Family and family activities, travel, music.
Recommended books: Business: Tax Acts. Non-business: Who gets the time to read for pleasure? Would love to simply read the newspaper each day. |
