First female MD in the BoI Group.
Special Projects: Designed and introduced an insurance programme which resulted in multi-million ? costs savings. Designed an operational risk management programme. Became a director of the UK Factors & Discounters Association.
Awards: 1996 finalist in the European Risk Manager of the Year competition.
