Career: Joined EBS from school in 1978 and studied part time at night. Progressed through the Society to become General Manager in 1997 having experienced most areas of its operations. 2000 Head of e-Business Development; 1999 Head of Customer Service and Lending Operations; 1997 Head of Information Technology;
Special projects: Co-ordinator for New Platform Projects in 1996/97 - a number of technology implementation projects which replaced all aspects of systems used in branch and agency offices. Co-ordinator for Customer Focus Projects portfolio during 1995.
