Career progress: Joined AIB 1973, Clonmel. Worked in AIB Isle of Man for one year in 1979. Worked in AIB retail banking in numerous locations and positions until 1999 when as Senior Manager of the Cork Suburban Business Unit based in Douglas, Cork I was appointed to my present position. I would identify the spirit and teamwork with AIB at all levels as the key ingredients to our competitive position in the financial Services sector. This service of teamwork and resilience focused on the delivering of value and service to our customers and has for me been the most rewarding aspect of my career and the positions of responsibility I have been privileged to hold.
