Career progress: 1999 to date: Merrion Corporate Finance, managing director, responsible for the management and development of Merrion Capital’s corporate finance activities including fundraisings, IPO’s, M&As and other financial advisory services. 1990 - 1999: NCB Corporate Finance, director, management responsibility for a wide cross-section of flotations, fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions and financial restructuring activities. 1984 - 1990: The National Development Corporation, senior investment executive. Responsibilities included project identification, evaluation and investment monitoring.
Special projects: Involved in IPOs of 10 Irish companies since 1990.
Awards: Sir Charles Harvey Award 1982 - IMI.
