Head of financial markets, O’Neill has been with Ulster Bank since 1971, and has held a number of senior positions, including group treasurer. Martin Wilson, group chief executive, Ulster Bank, said that as an executive within the corporate banking and financial markets division, O’Neill has made a very important contribution to positioning Ulster Bank as a market leader in treasury and specialised finance. |
