Anglo Irish Bank is looking into opening an office in New York. This would be the second Anglo Irish bank in the US and would be an extension of the Boston branch, which currently employs approximately 12 people. As in Boston, the New York office would offer a corporate foreign exchange service and would serve the greater Boston/New York area. Established in 1998, the Boston office is engaged in commercial lending and corporate foreign exchange, which is transacted on an agency basis through its centralised dealing room in Dublin. |
