Telekurs Financial, the international provider of financial information, has opened a Dublin office, Telekurs Financial (Ireland).
With a staff of two, the office will aim to support its increasing Irish client base, as well as raising Telekurs’ profile in the Irish market, which it sees as being a strong market.
Telekurs’ close rival, Reuters, has announced that it is to cut three jobs in Ireland, and will re-locate to smaller premises, but will keep its account managers in Dublin, as it says the Dublin market is proving to be ‘resilient’. While globally Reuters will cut 3000 jobs, as it experiences the worst slump ever, the company has performed well in Ireland, with demand for its terminals only decreasing slightly in the last quarter. |
