A CD-Rom aimed at to providing a reference point for better understanding of the genesis - the intellectual roots - of contemporary economic analysis on the workings, development, and impacts of the ECB has just been launched.
Entitled ‘The European Central Bank (ECB): Perspectives on Operational Issues and Policy Challenges’ the CD-Rom was edited by Professor Ray Kinsella of the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin and is published by Blackhall.
The papers are arranged thematically, encompassing original empirical studies, national perspectives as well as market-related and technical analysis of the ECB, its operation and development. The digital disc includes chapters such as The Economic Debate Over EMU and the Single Currency, EMU Ins, EMU Outs and the European Central Bank, Accountability for the Central Bank in Europe and EMU: Managing Divergence in Economic Performance. |
