| Ireland’s leading corporate financiers have nominated 25 deals for the Finance ‘Deal of the Year’ which will be announced in next month’s issue. Among the nominations are Madison Dearborn’s landmark €3.7 billion leveraged buy-out (MBO) of Jefferson Smurfit, Green Property’s €1.1 billion management buy-out (MBO), and AIB’s US division AllFirst’s €3.1 billion merger with M&T Bank, and property developer Liam Carroll’s €200 million acquisition of Dunloe Ewart. |
