Global integration, to provide seamless service on a more effective, cost-efficient basis.

Explain your decision: For large professional service firms the corporate model typically provides a more effective structure for responsiveness and decision making, but the partnership model does still promote an ethos of collective ownership and commitment.

Explain your decision: Slowdown in business and confidence has an inhibiting effect for a period of time until the cycle turns up again.
