Robert Brisbourne’s report on the food and drinks industry, ‘C&C Magners Survey’, has been awarded ‘Research Report of the Year’ in this year’s survey, beating off competition from NCB’s John Sheehan, whose report ‘Return on Capital - Under the Microscope’came in second place, and Davy’s Stephen Furlong, whose airlines report, ‘Airline earnings - the impact of oil and yields’ came in third.
This is the second win for Merrion in this category, with Seamus Murphy also taking the title back in 2003 with his report on Irish Life & Permanent.
Elsewhere in research products, Goodbody has again won ‘Best Morning Research Notes’ for its ‘Goodbody Irish Equity Morning Meeting Wrap’, followed by Davy and Merrion, with Davy taking the title of Best Equity Books (printed or online), followed by Goodbody and NCB.
On the electronic side, Merrion has again won an accolade, ‘Best website’, for www.merrion-capital.com, followed by Davy and Goodbody. |
