FINANCE DUBLIN subscribers now have an addition to their subscription package with the launch of our new fortnightly E-zine and online publication on aviation finance and Ireland’s leading role as an air financing centre.
The first edition of Aviation Finance was published on Thursday September 15th. It appears on every second Thursday.

Ireland is home to the largest aircraft leasing companies in the world, and is one of the ‘jewels in the crown’ of the country’s international financial services industry, as was recognised in the new Government’s recent Strategy Paper on the IFSC.
Research by Finance Dublin puts the contribution of the sector at 0.8 per cent of GNP; with aircraft leasing continuing to rise beyond its current 35 p.c. share of world aircraft financing, and with the demand for new aircraft on the rise, the prospects are bright for this part of the IFSC community to contribute greatly to the recovery of Ireland’s economy. |
